How is VanillaPOS priced?

VanillaPOS offers flexible pricing to match your business needs. You can choose from three approaches:

  1. Device-Based | per device/per year – great for businesses with fixed hardware and steady transaction volumes.

  2. Transaction-Based – per-transaction (% depending on volume/risk) ideal for businesses with high transaction volume and minimal hardware needs using our native app.

  3. Flexible Scale – a hybrid mix of device and transaction pricing that scales as your business grows.

Each model is designed to provide transparency and simplicity based on how you operate.

Add-ons include Cash Ledger (flat setup fee) and Billing Subscriptions & Customer Portal (priced per-invoice)

Business and Organizational licenses require a one-time setup fee of $6,500.


Will we be left on our own after implementation?

No. We are a long-term, partnership-driven teams. We aim to support your vision—not just with tech setup, but with strategic advice to help you scale to other fairs, implement SaaS models, or even become a POS vendor for others.


What features can be built via Professional Services?

For customers qualify for Professional Services, we offer via our ProServe team Turkois:

  • Custom reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

  • CRM integrations

  • Loyalty program overlays

  • Omnichannel sync (e.g., ticketing systems etc.)

  • Custom UI enhancements
