Canceling a Customer Subscription

How to handle customer subscription cancelations

There are two ways to cancel a customer’s subscription and prevent future subscription payments from being collected:

  1. Navigate to Customers in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the customer by clicking on their row in the customer list.

  3. Scroll down to the Subscriptions section.

  4. Locate the subscription you would like to cancel.

Option 1: Cancel via Edit

  • Click the Edit icon next to the subscription (located to the left of the red trash can icon).

  • Select Cancel Subscription from the available options.

  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Option 2: Cancel via Delete

  • Click the red Trash Can icon next to the subscription.

  • Confirm the action when prompted.

Once a subscription has been canceled, no future recurring payments will be collected. Any payments that have already been processed will not be affected.

Note: Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically issue refunds for payments that have already been collected.
