Using the Vanilla Customer Portal

The VanillaPOS Customer Portal gives customers a secure place to manage their payment information and view billing activity without needing access to the VanillaPOS Admin Dashboard.

From the Customer Portal, customers can manage saved payment methods, review their subscriptions, and view or pay invoices.

From Payment Methods, customers can view the cards currently saved to their account.

The Customer Portal allows customers to view the subscriptions associated with their account.

For each subscription, they can review its details and update the payment method associated with it.

If a customer wants a subscription to use a different saved payment method, they can open the subscription and select the payment method they would like to use.

Changing the payment method for a subscription does not cancel or otherwise modify the subscription.

Note: Subscriptions cannot currently be canceled through the Customer Portal. If a customer needs to cancel a subscription, they should contact you / the business directly for assistance.

The Customer Portal also provides access to invoices associated with their account.
